"My husband and I rode almost 3 hours to get GG HD in CM, Ca. We went to purchase a used bike and with the excellent service we received we walked out with a brand new 2009 street glide and they changed everything we wanted changed before we left. Not to mention that we didn't speak with just one type of rep we spoke with everybody from the big Guy to the concierge. They gave us gifts, explained everything about our new bike and offered us more future offers we will be looking forward to. Thank you so much GG HD! It was certainly worth the nearly 3 hour drive, we will be back.

"The best dealership we have ever dealt with! We rented an ultra classic and went to Tahoe....sales staff were incredible (ensuring we had right gear) and the rental guys were phenomenal. Never have we been treated so nicely by a dealership. Not even our home town dealership is as friendly as the people we met at your shop. "I am a used car manager in the car business and understand how important it is to take care of customers. Your staff was great to us when we visited last week. Three of us where on a 9 day 3400 mile trip that started in Amarillo, TX where we live. There where many stops along the way, Flagstaff AZ, Las Vegas NV, South Lake Tahoe CA , San Francisco CA, Los Angeles CA, Phoenix AZ, Tombstone AZ, Mexico, Las Cruses NM, and then back to Amarillo. One of the stops we made was at Golden Gate Harley Davidson. I have been on several trips around the country and have been to many, many dealerships as well. In fact I purchased my 2005 HD Nightrain brand new with 5 miles and now have over 22,500. The experience at your dealership was by far the very best I have ever had. Raul and Deidra where very friendly and helpful. Raul greeted me at the door and offered me something to drink then showed me around the store and even showed me where to find the stuff on sale. One of the guys riding with me came in for some coffee, when there was none Raul took the time to make a fresh pot for him. We did purchase some shirts and what not from Deidra, she was very helpful with all our needs. It seems to me that some of the dealers are out for your money or don’t even ask if you need any thing as if us travelers are trouble or something. I always make it a point to stop at every dealer that I pass when on a travel around the country. I have a collection of shirts from all over that I am very proud of, but I am most proud of my Golden Gate shirt. I hate to write emails and letters but had to take some time to let you know how warm I felt at your place. Thanks for the staff you have in place; it has to be one of the very best in the country!!!
P.S. If I ever need a new Harley I will be calling your dealership, and would be glad to make the trip to pick it up.
